Well Jedi is the obvious choice. They have the best weapons, are respected throughout the galaxy and also have The Force. The fact that they are most likely fictional does not factor into the equation because the question is what you want to "bee."  If you were a Jedi then it would no longer be fictional.
If Jedi was not a choice then I would easily pick Samurai.
