Nope.

I drink way less than I used to, and last time I saw the doc, he said my liver was perfectly fine.
My grandma died in her 50's because she drank herself to death.  I was only two at the time.  Kind of crappy to lose one's grandmother because of something like that.

My grandpa smoked heavily for 50+ years.  He's still alive (though not for long, but still).

I know I'll die, but based on everything I read, alcohol is kinda like coffee- one week it's good for you, the next it isn't.  Oh well.

when was beer ever considered good for anybody, ever? LOL

My dad's dad smoked cigarettes for years and died in his early 70's of back and lung cancer.  My mom's dad smoked cigars and lived until he was 80 and died of a massive stroke.  He had had a pacemaker for a number of years though.  I'm pretty sure that my dad's dad probably drank as much as his mom did.  I guess it effects some people more than it effects others.

I don't smoke and I rarely drink but I'll be lucky to live past 50 because I am eating myself to death.  I know better, but I can't get myself to quit.

Coffee on the other hand, is ambrosia, man.

That's because you're too busy looking up bizarre sh*t (which I generally appreciate).

Not that I need a reason like this to drink, but still.

Besides, drinking kinda mushes up my sh*t and makes having severe hemorrhoids easier to deal with (seriously).

I drink and I make music.

Some folks don't like me doing either.

Well, f**k all of you.

I approve of both, although living off of both will leave you poor and with liver problems. It's a choice.

Hey James, I listened to samples of Jean Louis, it was amazing. Now I need to figure out what other CDs to get from Wayside.

Well they're Brotzmann fans. Wink  So it makes sense that they're so damned good.

I'm still deciding of it's jazz or not though.

There's a band called Tom Moto from Italy who apparently are like Jean Louis.  Their album called Junk is at Wayside.

I say add that.

Two glasses of red wine a day (preferably red wine, and only two if you're male) combined with an active lifestyle and proper food = longer life.

Two glasses of red wine a day without the rest of it = bad
