So did you get the 100mm prime macro yet, or are those with your existing setup??

it's a trick I learned that I can do with my existing lenses. It's basically with my 50mm flipped around backwards! not the ideal setup and it takes a while to get focus and exposure (since it has a 00 f stop) but after a while it works!

I know what you mean - I had the adapter to do that with my old Olympus OM2sp; absolute swine to get right, but worth it in the end.
I need to dig out my old Mamiya C330Pro-S: 120 roll film, built in bellows, capable of 1:1 macro on a 6x6 negative - now that's quality. |

Oh yeah - the Mamiya, the paramender, the light meter + the Manfrotto tripod it needs... not the most convenient camera to carry around & there's only so much baggage allowance

This is a great thread!
It's late and I'm heading off to bed, so I shall put a lot more up tomorrow. However, here's a few to start. This was a little hidden place on my campus, only a few of us knew of it. A great place to walk, relax, it was so beautiful there. |

Nice shots! They remind me of a park near where I live, although I'm sure it's not the same one

Ooooh! I can't wait! If they're anywhere near as good as the others I've seen then we'll be in for quite a treat

I couldn't sleep yesterday, so I headed to the beach at 5:00am. One of the joys of being unemployed and in Summer vacation.
