I just spent a week in Prague, found a brilliant record shop called Black Point Music (http://www.blackpointmusic.cz) and bought the following:

Aku Aku: Knak 1992 / Humanquake CD (recommended to King Crimson fans)
BBP: ...a v ocich stíny noci CD (theatrical, dramatic and gothic prog)
Plastic People of the Universe: Kolejnice duní CD
Progres 2: Treti Kniha Dzunglí 2CD (very classic sounding prog)
Uz Jsme Doma: Hollywood CD (quite punky and playful with Czech folk music influence)
