Just finished a poem:

En ödslig vecka blir till två kvartal
Och ensamheten har blivit total
Allt är långt förbi, allt är långt förbi
Allt är långt förbi, allt är långt förbi

Bussen går in mot stan, regnet vräker ner
I hopp om ärligt svar, frågar ännu fler
Ge mig ork att glömma, ge mig ork att glömma
Ge mig ork att glömma, ge mig ork att glömma

En mållös promenad, slösar hundra spänn
Jag har ett tomrum, ingen riktig vän
Dränk mig ner i floden, dränk mig ner i floden
Dränk mig ner i floden, dränk mig ner i floden

Se på dem de är precis som jag
Men varför får jag ingen lycklig dag?

En ödslig vecka känns som hundra år
Utan den lycka som jag aldrig får
Allt är långt förbi, allt är långt förbi
Allt är långt förbi, allt är långt förbi

TRANSLATION: (kinda)

An empty week turns into two quarters (six months)
And the loneliness is now total
Everything has passed away...

The bus goes into the city, the rain is pouring down
In hope of an honest answer, asking even more (even more people)
Give me the power to forget...

An aimless walk, wasting a hundred bucks
I have an emptiness, no real friend
Drown me in the river...

Look at them, they're just like me
But why can't i have a happy day?

An empty week feels like a hundred years
Without the happiness i never get
Everything has passed away...
That's pretty depressing my friend.  I hope that it isn't autobiographical.

Nah, not really. I mean, i am a bit depressed, but that to THAT extent.
And i rewrote a few lines to make it less predictable and better Tongue

I am also capable of writing happy poems LOL

The blue sky changes to a new shade
No clouds in sight, nowhere
Just the sound of the ocean waves and the mosquitos on my scalp
Nice and calm

The sun gets too strong, too strong for me
If i shade my eyes now, i'll see you
The colour of your skirt and the light from our sun
Was all white

The flowers pollen made the air heavy
In the grass, my guitar, so start to sing
Hear my melody about my utopia
You and i

Touched by my song you take my hand
We walk with eachother along a beach
I think you're nice and the colour is green
Everywhere

Sunlight makes both of us happy
But moonlight makes you blue
The wind in my hair, in some strange way makes
Me so happy

Green is the colour of your soul
It means that you're good to everybody
There are no us-and-them, that's just something
Someone made up

NOTE THAT IT DOESN'T RHYME, THAT'S BECAUSE IT'S A TRANSLATION FROM THE SWEDISH ORIGINAL Tongue

Hey guys, back in an internet cafe, but I think this one is running IE 6 :/

I have to say, you English really have a sense of style. Maybe I've just been overexposed to DC, but we don't have anything as cool as Admiralty Arch/Trafalgar Square and the House of Parliament in America. Plus the Cenotaph, which actually hurt to look at.

And Abstrakt, I am glad you have stopped having atrocious avatars.

Me neither.

I just posted in 30 random threads and polls at first, plus made a silly post made out entirely of emoticons in the Mariah Carey, then returned to the site six months ago.

I've changed my mind. The new dredg album is great, but inconsistent.

1. Catch Without Arms StarStarStarStar
2. The Pariah, the Parrot, the Delusion StarStarStar1/2
3. El Cielo StarStar1/2

Haven't heard Leitmotif.

Nah. I don't really like it. Catch Without Arms is so much better. El Cielo is proggier, which is why many proggers will like it, but I don't like it too much. Smile

Well honestly I disagree. I think the songs on El Cielo are better whether or not they are more progressive. Catch is also amazing. The new one I haven't heard in full yet but it has real hits and misses there. I hate that they digitalized Gavin's voice so much. It's so perfect without any manipulation.

I heard Catch first and thought that it was amazing. I don't know exactly why I don't like El Cielo, but I just don't. The new one has some tracks that are absolutely amazing, but some of them are just ok. A shame really...

I'm not listening to it now. LOL Two days ago. I saw them live and they were amazing. The album is great too, but they're much better live.
