Like Mr. Bungle kinda, only better...Book of Horizons is amazing, eastern influences abound, there's anything from movie soundtrack music to death/grind. So many different styles of music it's hard to describe. But It's well worth checking out.

Similar,though I haven't heard Deserts of Traun yet. I've never heard anyone integrate Indian music so seamlessly into their sound as Secret Chiefs 3. Fallen in love with the band, just recently in fact.

TDoT are like Estradasphere.  In fact, it features their old drummer, I believe.
