No way. Dead

Arriving Somewhere But Not Hear is the only track I really like.

The opener isn't bad either.

The rest I could live without.

Who cares what you like?

I said it was a masterpiece, damn it.  A masterpiece

And when I say so, it is so.  Period.  End of discussion.

I'm with James. And I just listened to Deadwing yesterday. Poorest new-styled PT, compared to In Absentia and FOABP, by miles and continents.

And Arriving Somewhere But Too Late To Save A Drunk Rob is the only good piece from it.

Maybe Halo too, because I enjoy it in live concerts.
Nah, Open Car is my favourite song from PT, and that's slightly weird since it's the shortest track from all their three latest albums. That chorus is grand. Arriving Somewhere is brilliant as well, and those two masterpieces with an otherwise very solid album make it my favourite PT.

Deadwing or In Absentia is my favourite PT album. I was trying to figure out which one the other day, but then I realized that I don't have to make that decision.

But Elixirs will probably remain closest to my heart.

I noted the same feeling about Maahan. It's my favourite, even if, arguably, Kaarmelekunta could be considered better.

Kaarmelekunta is their best and also my favourite. Big smile

Just as Black Oni is Guapo's best and also my favourite. Wink

Have you heard Five Suns and Black Oni yet though, Rico?

Gah, Fedex annoyed me a lot just now.

Three nets in a row and then an on-the-line winning shot. Angry  Stop being so lucky.

I'm not sure what band you guys are talking about, but are you sure it's Käärmelekunta?

Because, Käärmelautakunta actually means something, whereas Käärmelekunta is just gibberish.

Sorry. Kaarmelautakunta. I forgot the lauta part.

We're talking about Alamaailman Vasarat.

I'm a Maahan fan 100%. It's got everything: funeral music, dance balcanic music, avant-prog, classical and, yes, even metal. Kaarmelautakunta is less complete, only spicier.

I can't possibly remember these long AV titles, learning the band's name was hard enough. Cry

Maahan is more avant-prog than Kaarmelautakunta, yes.  I've not given it enough listens yet though, to be fair.

Plus I don't have their latest.

The debut is also excellent.

I still cannot get over the fact I lost one of my Alamaailman Vasarat badges... I need to try and find a replacement. Ouch

I listened to Maahan the other day, it was pretty good. It's still too big a mouthful to swallow in one sitting but it's getting better. I think we have Vasaraasia as well, I guess I should give it a listen as well.

Vasaraasia (oh boy, I can't even remember this one, I use to call it Vasaaria LOL) didn't impress me.

I wanted to correct that too, but was too lazy to open the Character MapLOL....

The name means Board of the Snake, if my memory serves me right.
