Yep, RIO is indeed crap.  Especially that RIO made after 1989.  Just lots of banging and random noises made on a zither.

You're quite clearly all fools.

You're being sarcastic.

I can't tell if you're being serious or sarcastic. LOL

This album is... odd.

Yet despite its minimalism and general avant-garde ramblings, I find it far more appealing than most post-rock.

My inability to be happy has nothing to do with choosing to post things that were old and annoying years ago!

Of course it does! If you were happy, you might not find everything you encounter annoying.

True, but memes are objectively annoying and not funny in the slightest and only exist because most internet users are too lazy and stupid to think of anything clever to say. I would call them a cancer, but that is a meme, so I'll just scream incoherently.

Incidentally, stonie, what do you think of Marcus Aurelius. I've been reading him and I like him even if he does repeat himself a lot.

Well, I'm not going to feel bad for laughing at something I think is funny, and if I maximize the things which make me laugh, I'll probably be happier. Weeeeeeeeee!

I have Meditations on audiobook. It's long. I don't have the interest for that, yet.

I probably won't be on PA for a while. I am going on a vacation to New York for three weeks.

Goodbye, everyone! I love you all in a completely platonic way! Hug

Cool, PFM and VdGG Thumbs Up I'll probably never see either of them live... Seeing PFM would be brilliant, they were my first RPI discovery and the very first PA discovery as well if I remember right Smile But well, I'm seeing AC/DC tomorrow, that's great too.

Never been much into AC/DC, to be perfectly honest. Great band, but the music is a bit too samey for my tastes. Now, in August there's going to be a Heavy Metal Weekend at the Merriweather Post Pavilion, with Judas Priest and Whitesnake on Saturday, and Heaven & Hell and Coheed and Cambria on Sunday. I really can't wait!

I gave The Devil You Know its first listen yesterday, it seemed very fine indeed Smile

For years I only liked AC/DC in very small portions, just a couple of songs at a time, but around last summer something in my head clicked and I ended up buying all their albums very quickly. Nowadays they're the perfect band to listen to on a hot summer day Cool

But next up I'll listen to the Metallica show from Sunday while dealing with the massive mountain of unwashed dishes. They just played two shows in Helsinki and just a few hours after the latter one both of the shows are downloadable from their website in perfect soundboard quality Clap
