The Decemberists gig was awesome! They're one of those bands who come across as genuinely enjoying what they're doing, and not going through the motions. And the live setting is ideal to bring out the strengths of The Hazards of Love... You could do much worse than check them out, if you get the chance to catch them in your area.
That wasn't Scott sleeping. He was in the process of singing some Magma.
Speaking of which, a friend of mine just saw Magma live in Paris a couple of days ago, he was completely uninitiated in their music (I think), but he said it was mindblowing, he went wobbling all the way back home.

I have a weird feeling Melissa may have been at that gig... not sure. I know she was going to see Magma in France but it may have been earlier this year.
I remember that being around April for some reason, though I could be wrong.

I would have loved to have seen that.
A trip to Paris would have been in order for you. He was already there.

I read today that 20% of Americans sleep less than six hours a night. I don't understand that. I can function temporarily with very little sleep, but I can't go on like that. Can it really be impossible for them to spare two hours from their schedule?

I think you're correct.

HENRY, GO TO BED OR I'LL GET ON A PLANE, COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND KEEL YOU.

That's great!
I knew if they came around here, David would go in a heartbeat; so maybe I'll go with him if/when that happens.

So what was the set list? What about that "cover song" somebody else mentioned? I won't get to see them, so spill the beans!

That doesn't really surprise me.
I don't know how people do it either though; I need at least 6 hours a night. During this summer, I've been incredibly lazy and sleeping like 9 through 11 hours every night.
