Because the cop may not remember what happened and the judge may throw the case out.

I prefer ATDI to TMV and I'm not ashamed to admit it. However it's only by a small margin, since I think both bands are some of the most creative bands of their time periods.

The cop showed up, and I only have to pay court costs, but I have to take traffic school. D: I think it's because I annoyed him by accidentally walking the wrong direction (I started to go around to the other side because I misunderstood where I was supposed to stand). Traffic school is eight hours long! I'd rather pay a fine, but I guess it's too late now.

But at least my cop was first and I got out quickly, there were about 12 cops there.

I like ATDI.

Oh man. Why would someone do that? :(
