Well, it is not quite that good.  After all it is shown on a regular American TV channel, not cable.  However, he does live on a beach so they are either in leave nothing to the imagination bikinis or lingerie or they are in bed with him under the sheets.

then you may well be disappointed by you as well, it is practically the same band, same era. Minus Daevid Allen. Ah well.

Wow, Charlie Sheen is like.. a cardboard.

He was good in Platoon though.  Plus he's a 9/11 Truther and Henry hates them. LOL

Yeah, Platoon is good, but he mainly looks hard and concentrated in it. Doesn't work as well outside vietnam warfilms.

I thought it was disappointing myself.

But you do like Gong? I think it is very close to You, actually. But less of Daevid Allens... strange stuff.

Enh.  You is 5 stars, Fish Rising is barely a 3.

That and his two minutes of fame in Ferris Bueller are his only roles that aren't atrocious. The idea of having Charlie Sheen in a comedy is hilarious to me, which is why Major League is so funny. But Two and a Half Men is missing something crucial and it isn't clothes

I have heard Fish Rising... Good album, though I wouldn't call it great.

Now listening to the Jakko M. Jakszyk album, and thinking of my friend PatSmile!

Was he not also in Hot Shots?

I liked Hot Shots for what it was.

Really? Wow, i think Fish Rising is as good as You when it is at it's best, but slightly more uneven. Have to listen more to both albums, but that's how it seems to me today.

I cannot remember

Edit: He was. And I would agree with liking it for what it is

Okay guys.
Been awake for 16 and a half hours.

Go to bed?
Or go to the shop, buy some stuff with caffeine in it and stay awake long enough to start halluncinating?
I've always wanted to know what extreme sleep deprived type hallucinations were like.

He's still a better actor than his brother though. LOL

I've just realised his character's in Two and a Half Men and Spin City are both called Charlie. LOL  I think I remember him being in Friends as well... ouch.  Friends is the worst sitcom ever created.

He was decent as Michael J. Fox's replacement in Spin City.  He had pretty good chemistry with Heather Locklear.  Men at Work is a funny movie with him and his brother Emilio Estevez.  They are both also in Young Guns and he was good in that too.

His brother was extrememly well casted for Apocalypse Now, which depending on your taste in film rivals Platoon (or it might be the other way around).

I cannot stand Friends, just Seinfeld with less vibrant characters and poorer writing

I think it is sometimes about what you get used to or who you get to know.  I didn't really care for Friends at first but it grew on me after watching reruns and I got to know the characters and started to enjoy the show.  It certainly isn't a masterpiece but it was good TV.  The problem with Friends, which is similar with many shows, is that in the early episodes as they are developing characters, the characters have multi dimensions.  What ends up happening though is a certain dimension becomes associated with the character and then it becomes exaggerated in order to emphasize it.

On the other hand, I have only watched a handful of Seinfeld episodes and I have been left with the impression that it is the dumbest show to have ever existed.  I think that if I were to force myself to watch it more, I might get to know the characters more and find that things that look stupid to the casual observer are actually funnier because they come from the characters that do or say whatever it is that is supposed to be funny.

I've seen most of Friends thanks (or not) to two of my former female housemates at University.  Even after getting to know the characters, it was still not remotely funny.

Plus Courtney Cox has to be the worst actress ever.  I watched some of Scream on Saturday night and it was appalling.

David Schmimmer is the only one that's come out of it with any decency.
