I am so happy to hear that!  I know he has a MySpace page, and Micky is his friend, so I could pop in and say hello to him... However, he was such a great person that I can't help regretting his loss. You know, I suspected some other goings-on... problems with other members (you know what I'm talking aboutWink). Anyway, I really hope he will come back one day.

But it isn't under mixed though.
I have studio monitors, which are designed to be as flat as possible across the frequency range and listening through them reveal that if there was any more bass, it would sound muddy. It cannot possibly be undermixed if it would sound muddy if more bass were added.

Maybe, but I'm bigoted against metal. Also ignorant.

Big smileLOL

It's not "maybe" it WOULD get muddy sounding. I have been recording on and off for the last 3 years and I can assure you SFAM would sound like sh*t if more bass were added to the mix. I have an ear production of music.

Heh, people vanish from forums all the time.
I may not have disappeared from this place, but nor do I spend heaps of time here anymore either, I just haven't been interested enough to sit here and post 5 million a day anymore.
In other news, f**k yeah, I have managed to get my recording interface to record with a latency of 5ms plus I have figured out how to program drums in that program now so now I can start taking a lot more time off from this forum to commence a music project of some sort.
So yeah, you guys will hear my music and be all like "hell yeah mang that is the greatest music ever".
Well probably not, since I know most of you guys aren't into post rock/metal, lol.

I've got tickets to go see Zappa plays Zappa on August 8th, but I'm going to sit in the parking lot of the place, or just walk around with my friends until they're over and get in my seat when Dream Theater's coming on Big smile

My drummer is in love with post rock/metal, we were supposed to go see isis/pelican this tuesday, but we had no money, and opeth was more important Tongue

I sold my ticket for the June 6th show to a friend because I thought I'd be at the cottage in Lahti, but the weather seems to suck then so we'll probably come home... But well, he'll get so much more out of the show than me, he's such a fanatic while I'm just curious.

Radio Gnome Invisible Trilogy is masterliness. I don't know why I'm thinking about it all of a sudden, I listened to it about a week ago.

Muddy sounding is so pre-89.

Can't believe Djokovic fell today without even taking blood from his opponent. He seems to have a "big-smackers" complex, as when he's playing someone that simply fires bullets with his racket (like Kohlschreiber did today, or Roddick does), he loses all strategy and just focuses on bouncing the ball back, with the same agressiveness.

Oh...you guys probably won't have any idea what I'm talking about...
