Pretty okay...busier than a one legged man in an ass-kicking contest, but that's all right by me. Smile  I'm also cooking sausages.

How are you?

Sausages are Micky's favourite food... We had them on Sunday evening, and they were delicious!

Not bad - unfortunately, we have some carpenter bees that have made a nest under my bay window, so I have to stop at Home Depot on the way home and get some special insecticide to spray up in the nest.  Should be an interesting adventure....I cooked sausages last night but overcooked them a little bit - I was playing outside with my son when they were on the grill and I didn't give them the attention they needed, but oh well.

They taste fine burnt anyway. Wink

Raff will be pleased to know that I'm making a bunch of Italian dishes this week- gnocchi, chicken parma rosa, shimp and garlic over pasta, etc.

Chicken parma rosa? I'm afraid I've never heard of thatLOL.... You know, here in the USA many so-called 'Italian' dishes are in fact Italian-American creations - which does NOT mean they're bad, on the contrary! Just that they're not what you would call authentic. Luckily, I am not a purist when it comes to the kitchen (or to music), and have been known to make stuff that the average Italian would consider blasphemy (like tortellini pasta salad, for instanceLOL - might make it tonight for dinner!)

mmm...sounds really good!

For a Mother's Day brunch my wife made a brown rice salad, with grape tomatoes, avacado, scallions, and a lemon vinaigrette...it was really excellent.

Haven't you always wanted to piss on the IRS? LOL  Actually, it is quite gross though.

Has anyone seen the new pennies out now?  They have a log cabin on the back.

I haven't seen the new pennies yet. Although maybe that's because I haven't been paying attention.

On a side note, did you know that it costs about 3 cents to make 1 penny these days? Confused

I probably have some but haven't noticed.  I'll look for them now though.

Yeah, I got one today at the store. I was like, "whaaaa?"  It always excites me when I get a coin I don't recognize, because I think it's something potentially valuable...and nope, it's just the US mint screwing with me again. LOL

With no access to the collab zone I don't know the nitty-gritty of this affair, but as bad as it must have been (judging by that 'cancerous growth' comparison), trust me, you haven't seen anything yet, Raff. I belong to quite a few forums, and 'becoming worse and worse' is the typical life pattern for all of them... except one with a veritable army of moderators and a 'here lies dumbass' - style subforum displaying the banned for all to see (and there's lots of folks banned there).

Still, I don't think you should feel dispirited because of this. I used to, until I realised that I was witnessing a true miracle of medicine - lots and lots of people can actually function without a working brain Big smile  Comedy gold, Raff, stick around and laugh next time you those people at work.
