dva je'an je'an dva. I never thought of pronouncing it in English. However, it applies only of album/song titles, the band's names are always pronounced (approximaltely) in their native language, even if containing numerals. No-one in my country will say "oo dva" instead of "yoo two".
However, over here everyone pronounces Led Zeppelin as Led Tseppelin. Which makes sense since Zeppelin is a German name, right?

Reminds me of when digital watches first appeared.
I always had the urge to answer something like for instance 'one thousand three hundred and twenty-four' when soneone asked me for the time.
