Hi all,

Time for another good feature I've put in place: Easy send comments to reviews authors

With now you can easily:

  • Send positive and constructive comments to great review
  • Send author corrections notes if needed 
  • Encourage some to do better Ouch
  • and more....

The link to to so is in the footer of all reviews, please use it and share your thouhts on this.

I was confused by this yesterday, I saw the text field but no announcement of a new feature anywhere. I think it'll be a good update Smile

Hopefully this won't lead to a slew of negative comments, with consequent reports to the Admin teamUnhappy... Don't get me wrong, I think this new feature has the potential for being a good thing, but I can't help being worried about abuse.

I have done 3 things I hope to prevent that.

1. The comments are not public
2. Comments are only from members
3. The comments are sent by PM (no email warning yet)

If time prove that this is a bad move, it is easy to shut down. But I dont think it'll be necessary. Proggers can be civilized (sometimes)

I already abused the system, but it one of Epignosis' reviews, so it doesn't count.  Wink

No seriously, it's a nice feature, hopefully it garners a lot more positive response than negative.
