It's not just Reiki CDs.  All New Age crap has the same affect/effect/affect/effect/affect/effect/affect.

I'm thinking of either doing:

Avant
Rock in Opposition
Dream Theater - no
Rush - no
Krautrock - no
Tangerine Dream - hell no

I'm still surprised I got 5th on the Neo-prog round. LOL

Yet Jim Garten has only taken the first quiz and is beating me even after both rounds. Angry

Yeah. Effect is the noun; affect is the verb.

Not sure what good way there is to remember that though other than just remembering it. With some things like that, stupid devices can help to remember which is which.

Yeah, it looks like nearly everyone did badly on that round. LOL

Haha, don't worry about that. We've only done 2 and the 2nd one was worth hardly anything anyway.

You should have stuck to 10 or 15 questions for that round.  11 is a bit odd.

I actually meant to do 10, but there was a glitch and I accidentally pressed the "Add a new question" twice instead of once after Question 9. So that left me with an extra spot I had to use.

I'll make sure not to do that again, haha.

Not always the case.

Effect can be a verb: "We need to effect a change in the way we evaluate artists."

Affect can be a noun: "Patients showed normal reactions and affects."

Okay, usually.

Also, how's the new Portishead?

I heard a track from it and I quite liked it.

And damn it, I'm trying to remember the name of this cartoon character who scares me.

He reminds me a bit of Peter Lorre only uglier.  He's black and white and wears a suit, I think.
