I have spent a lot of my youth playing those games, and have quite a few fond memories. I still enjoy playing them from time to time, but I've realized that the music in them is much more emotionally impacting on me than any other part of the game. But yes, I'd recommend 6, as it has possibly the deepest plot. 7 I think is the most balanced between music, gameplay, and story.. |

I love Law and Order but it's very hamfisted sometimes.

I've just speculatively downloaded this MOTW thing and the Coldplay Live album.
I plan to make a CD of the latter so I can burn it :) /rubbish pun L.A. Woman isn't nearly as good as Strange Days or The Doors, but it's not bad. I'm still being angsty and feeling ill, which is probably most of the reason I'm here. |

I cannot picture you liking motW at all Rob.
Just cos it's free doesn't mean you'll like it:P |

I can picture many people not liking them, but those people have kidney stones for brains.

Hence, speculative. And, besides, if it's free and I don't like it, I haven't done a Modern Times and paid money for something I'll never listen to. |

Well I'm now listening to Leaving Your Body Map.
Good stuff. They're better than Opeth although Opeth are catchier and more memorable. |

As for FFVI, I keep getting the Opera scene stuck in my brain. It's annoying when you're walking to the pub and you start humming it.

Sounds good to me. I can't do that yet though; I'm not sure when I'll be able to listen to music. |

Pat should enjoy motW. I'm sure of it. There's some brilliant moments here. There was just a lovely flute passage and some female vocals and now it's back to death metal.
Pat, try TD's debut. |

That's nothing to worry about.
At least you don't have Tom Cruise's brain. |

Have you ever had a headache so bad that you felt like you were going to vomit?
I have that. And it's getting worse. I think I'll see you guys later; I need to go lie down again. I'll be back if I feel better though. |
