Electronic Meditation Wink

Seeing as it's their best.

I just listened to that 50 hours ago.

Just?

Just is redundant in that sentence. LOL

I love TD. It's just that I listened to 28 TD albums in about 51 hours. I need a short break at least.

Quote A friend worked for dominos pizza for years during and after highschool.
He delivered a lot of pizzas, and sometimes to not-so-appealing areas.

Apparently he delivered a pizza to a trailerpark one night. This trailerpark was known for being quite a prominent hangout for members of the local umm..Seamstresses Guild.

It was a cheese pizza, extra black olives. The um, "seamstress" that answered the door and took the pizza said something to the effect of "You know why I love Black Olives? Because it tastes just like (man juice).

And that's why I can't eat black olives anymore.
This story has haunted me. Fortunately I already hated black olives!

On Shape of Jazz to Come and Change of the Century, does it sound to you like Don Cherry is just doubling Ornette's melodies while they play them over and over in before and after solos? People talk about how the way he ignores transposition and stuff because he believes every instrument has its own unique set of pitches which he explains through harmelodics creates dissonances and whatnot, but it doesn't sound like that at all to me. I know I'm not the average listener, but it's weird to read about his controversy from my perspective, except for Free Jazz, which is unqestionably a radical album.

Art Zoyd.

Hmmm... perhaps. I may need something more directly energetic though.

Brigades Speciales is very energetic!

I can't go for any Avant right now. Not after all that TD. I need like, metal.

And with that abject failure, I am off to bed.  See you all tomorrow.

Confused

What is with that? I'm not in the mood for something like that right now. How hard is that to get?

See you later, Pat.

Hahahahahahaha

How did this creep into the Zeit lineup information?

The most uncommercial Rock/Pop/Experimental album recorded in the 70s. Jerome's most hated Tangerine Dream record.

I tried listening to Zeit once. June, it has cellos, that's almost a violin! They just play the same note for 20 minutes. ;-)

What was that? Appointment you say? I'm out of here!
I saw one of these when I was at a piano store. I am struggling to see where the group of people who would like a red piano because they love Elton John and the group of people who are willing to buy a grand piano intersect, but I don't understand a lot of things.

Cool Smile Too bad that they're coming now and not when they were touring for the brilliant The Sufferer & The Witness album. I haven't been too excited about the new one, it's ok but nothing compared to Sufferer or Revolutions Per Minute.
