I loved watching them back then, flying around the stage.  Kiedis with the untucked collared shirt and tie, Flea going spaz. 

They're a band I kinda wish would hang it up.  Neil Young may be able to rock into his 60s.....but the Chilis spark comes from youth IMO.  I think their schtick at age 50 will be pretty lame but perhaps I'm ageist.

I know exactly what Squid 1/2/Octopus was recorded for, but it's on my H To He remaster, so that's how I refer to it. I'm just not quite pedantic enough to spend 15 minutes typing out was-going-to-be-on-Pawn-Hearts-when-it-was-going-to-be-a-double-album-but-eventually-got-re-released-on-H-To-He-Who-Am-The-Only-One's-remaster-as-a-bonus-track
