I liked Ben''s line when Richard was healing John from the past, "Its like an out of body experience." Good stuff   I was sort of thrown for a loop; I thought Chang was the head of Dharma, but I guess its that crazy guy with the glasses now. I still wonder why Jack wants to erase everything, did he not see the look on Kate's face...we shall see in due time however

Radzinsky isn't in charge at all; he's just an insane control freak, and Chang didn't want to challenge him because he had more important things to worry about (and he realized that Radzinsky is FREAKING NUTS).

Jack just feels like the whole island experience had bad consequences that outweigh the good consequences... and he feels like his purpose is to get things back to the way they're supposed to be (going back to the fact that he always has to fix things).
