Georgie Born, Dagmar Krause and Lindsay Cooper did, yes.

I think even Anne-Marie Roelofs may have.

Lindsay Cooper also had a solo career, as did Krause but I don't know how much Krause wrote.  Cooper mostly wrote all her music.
