But apparently, it's called "coulrophilia" or bozophilia.
What Is It?
The fetish involves dressing up as a clown in greasepaint and, sometimes, engaging in clownlike activities such as pie-throwing, playing with balloons or seltzer-spraying. There is an obvious and strong tie to childhood and innocence. Many of those involved in the community cite an early fear of clowns as a fetish instigator.

Are fetishes ever going to be protected as a form of sexual orientation or just something that will forever be as just a sign of deviancy?

Gah gah and more gah!
The VdGG merch site has gone tits up. I'm not happy.
I lost my VdGG keyring a while back and wanted to buy another one, along with a VdGG badge... now I can't!

That's actually a very good question. I think there are seen more and more as a somewhat healthy when they're within the confines of a stable relationship, no?

Afraid not. I do have a VdGG mug though. ![Big smile Big smile](smileys/smiley4.gif) I got that from eBay though. The keyring was actually a present from a friend... but I lost my keys ages ago and now the company who sold them don't seem to exist. They also had badges. Boo! And I think Patrick should try and see VdGG in Pittsburgh. I realise it's not Philly but it's the closest he'll get, apart from NEARfest, of course.

I've also noticed something rather amusing. It seems people think a Van de Graaff Generator is spelt the same way as the band. ![LOL LOL](smileys/smiley36.gif) They don't realise the band misspelt the surname of Robert van de Graaff.
