Oh, and Alex, I dominated Rico on your quizthing... though I still don't believe Kansas were one of the big progressive rock bands (only questions I got wrong, there) LOL

No you didn't.

I scored around 2100 points playing the game, but ended up showing 1238 as a result. It's a glitch. Confused

I told Alex about it.

I pretty much nailed the Kansas questions, I just didn't know how many times Crimson changed their lineup (it's hard to count in a matter of 15 seconds!) and what GG member was nicknamed "Fluffy". LOL

Oh, and what band King Crimson didn't influenced. I didn't know Nirvana were. Censored

And now to Move, the "9/8" section, or whatever time signature it is, is stunning!

Tongue No problem, right now ending my very favorite song from the album, An Everlasting Kingdom. The best song in the album IMHO, simply brilliant mix of melancholy and symphonic epicness. By the way, your vocal duties shared with your wife's, are very nice!

Getting her on that track was a last minute thing.  I just called her over one evening and gave her the parts on piano, and dubbed her voice over herself a few times.  She'll be glad to hear you like it.

Hope you're all doing well, my friendsSmile! Tomorrow I'll be going to my first baseball match.... The real estate agent who helped us buy our condo gave us two tickets for a Capitals game in the brand-new ballpark in DC. Micky tried to explain the rules to me, but of course I didn't understand a wordLOL. Looking forward to the hot dogs though!

I swear I scored more, as well, but I could be wrong.

I did write a few quizzes last year or so... Perhaps they're still around on that site.

LOL  By the way Raff, the baseball team is the Nationals.  The Caps are the hockey team.  But I hope you enjoy the game!

Looks like I might have to evaluate Stewart/Gaskin soon...I thought they were purely pop music?

You are right, PatLOL! Micky is watching the hockey game just now, so I got the two teams mixed up. How typical of me!

I don't remember hearing anything by Stewart-Gaskin, though I might well have done so in the past. These days I'm not really very much into doing work for the site, but it seems things cannot wait for a couple of weeks or so... I don't want to sound territorial, but I am quite p****d off at the suggestion that someone else might deal with additions on behalf of HP. I said I wanted a break until my interview, not forever. After four years here, it seems additions are more important than the future of someone like me, who has been through a lot.

Sorry for the rant, but sometimes people really leave me speechless.

Something's wrong with Alex's quiz then. Confused

Did your score go down like his did or did it remain the same?

And yeah, I went back and forth on how many bands I wanted to include in that, but I figured I'd be as inclusive as possible on the definition.

Hmm... that's really odd. Well, I'll see if it happens to anyone else, and if the scores seem to be consistent (either in going down or remaining the same), then I guess it's fine---provided that everyone is still on an even playing field.

But if Rico's is the only one that went down, I'll have to figure something out.

The only problems I've run into so far have been that I can't take it (I guess because I made it; I try taking the quiz, and then it says I haven't done it), and then this point thing. Confused
