Watch the show from the beginning. It's amazing.

It starts with some people crashing on an island, and struggling to survive, in hope of help that will actually never come...but then they meet bad locals, who actually won't turn out to be bad, only incapable-to-tell-straightly-who-they-really-are-in-the-first-place...and polar bears...and a button. They push the button, until they get bored of pushing the button. Pink explosion! No casualties. (oops spoiler warning!) Some are then captured and have sex in the polar bear gates, but are then released, then the whole group migrates from one place and then heads back, once nothing major actually happens. Some bad guys (the real bad guys) come along the way, but practically get blown to bits. Then six of them manage to leave the island, and the island disappears. The ones remaining on the island move through time, while the six do nothing interesting for three years, when they're summoned to go back to the island. Three of the six rejoin the remaining islanders in a time before they all actually crashed, while the rest are...not quite there yet. And now they're on to change time that can't be logically changed, because it's the time before their original time.

And there's a cute dog called Vincent in all of this.

LOLLOLLOL

That sounds like the stupidest plot ever. LOLEmbarrassed

Well yes, my sentence was grammatically incorrect but I deliberately chose to write it that way.

If I was to write the above sentence more correctly; I would write it thus:

That plot sounds rather banal and silly at times but I shall give them some merit for coming up with something that is intellectual and often thought-provoking.  The whole time-travel aspect however is what bothers me the most.

Wink

Edit: and I can spell just fine, thank you. Wink  So I spelt "stupidest" incorrectly.  That does not equate to not being able to spell very well. WinkTongue

Who?
Anyway, the more I come here, the more I realize I should stop coming here for ages, but every time I see something worth debating about, I come back, even if I barely post in JFF anymore.

I started studying today and realized what kind of effort I'm going to have to put into my first two exams.

I'm not looking forward to Monday and Tuesday to say the least. Dead

Jacqueline du Pré.

She really was one of the best 'cellists of the 20th century.  An amazing talent.

Cellos are awesome, although I don't know who that is.

New thread title to more viscerally reflect the global pandemic and the end of my reign as SR King.

Apparently some people have been listening to ELP for 30 years. I do not understand that.

I listened to them for about 2 months. That was more than enough.
