Republicans really need to check their urban dictionary before they create new terms.

You can imagine how I initially responded to news headlines that read "Republicans protest against wasteful spending and higher taxes by teabagging".

She actually reminds me more of Laura Roslin.  Wink
I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

Not sure if this would really be any cheaper or satisfying. $20 a pack to smoke single dollar bills. Me thinks that those would be put to better use in a gentlemans club.  Wink

Capitalism as it is currently practiced is theft.  Productivity has gone up but the rewards have not been shared with the workers...  If you belong to the upper classes this might be perfectly fine with you but it is not a system that is sustainable.

Yes, because we should give people money they haven't earned. Some would say that taking money from those who have earned it is theft too. Stern Smile

Why hasn't anything been done about this yet? Oh, that's right. Our government's going to wait until it's too late probably.

Democracies are terrible at solving long term problems because people in a large group can't pay attention to things for very long. It probably also helps that everyone in power is old enough that they'll be dead once this becomes a serious concern.

Obama is smart enough that I'm holding out hope he'll do something because if he doesn't I doubt anybody will.
if you own a sodastream i hate you

Maybe a government of by and for the people wasn't such a good idea after all. LOL

I have heard from GM employees that it actually costs more to make a vehicle in Canada than it does in America. But that could be Union mis-information to justify keeping jobs here.
