Topic: favorite Law & Order Posted: April 02 2009 at 11:07 |
I recently got hooked on the show...more specifically Special Victims Unit. Anyone else here a fan of the Law and Order world?
I really wish Ice-T had more lines. He's hilarious.

I watch the first 3 pretty regularly and Crime and Punishment when it was out. I'm not familiar with the others. Overall, the original is probably the best but currently SVU is probably the best.

Hmm, hard to say. My wife got me hooked on it. I didn't watch evening TV drama. But if you've got just basic cable, hasn't that show in one variation or the other become omnipresent? I'm only familiar with the first three. I will say this, one of my favorite actresses is/was Angie Harmon. Alicia Witt is pretty cool. So are those two that have played DA's on the SUV {sic ], come to think of it Mariska, too... By the way, since CSI has invaded New York, shouldn't Law and Order invade Las Vegas and Miami?

I like the program quite a bit, my parents love it, I saw few episodes, from a bit of all of them.
Though I slightly prefer C.S.I..
No vote...

Extra crispy? How about more "there's blood everywhere"? Unless I'm mistaken 99% of the episodes start off with blood everywhere.

I like SVU, the stories are engaging and the twists usually surprise me. I never got a chance to see much of the original, and CI is too labyrinthine for me to follow. If I were reading it I could go back and refer to the names, but I by the end of the episode I have no idea who the hell they are talking.

Jack McCoy is the man, I hugely prefer the original. The only other two I have seen are CI and SVU and SVU sucks because it is all disgusting stuff about pedophiles.

The irony of Ice-T playing a cop always makes me laugh.

I think that's what makes it interesting, but maybe I'm a bad person.

I like Criminal Intent when Vincent Donofrio was on the show. He's such a good actor and I thought he did well in the role.

This is part of what spurred the poll. Its all on there. So much SVU, so little time! CI is on there too, but....not interested.

Anyone catch the season finale of SVU yesterday? What a thrilling conclusion. And T3-era John Conner was in it.

I liked the original with Jerry Orbach (Det. Lenny Briscoe), still good until Sam Waterstone (Jack McCoy) lestt the role of ADA.
Now I stay with SVU, specially when pedophiles atre condemned or better killed....And of course bot DA¡s Alexandra Cabott and Casy Novak......WOW.
The only one i can't stand is CI, because Vincent D'Onofrio ruined it.
