Stylistically, I think it's a lot more like Odelay than anything he has done since. At first I thought it showed promise but it doesn't seem to have any great hooks which is what I loved about his early stuff. I don't know, I've pretty much lost interest in Beck at this point. I'll say it's not bad and worth checking out if you're curious but you're not missing out on much if you pass it up, either.
