Trivia time ................... did you know that Helpless was the flip on the Woodstock single, those were the days when a flip could be better than the A side
Anyway you can guess what my favourite track of Deja Vu is, not that I could be biased towards Neil Young

Awesome album! The debut is up there, also. If you haven't heard their album CSN, I recomend it, not as great as their first 2, but some really memorable stuff, IMHO.

Nektar are a great discovery. I discovered them last year as a result of some posts here on PA. One of those bands that had unfortunately not shown up on my radar until recently.

I'd say the praise given it .. is well deserved.. Both Raff and I gave it a big ummmm hmmmmm. Putting Uzed in my next order... but see myself getting all of them hahha.

That's a great one, Micky. If you like it, try Ceux Du Dehors, which is more focused and as a result even better (though it's less oppressively dark, which might be a negative for some).

I like 'em dark..matches my personality . Thanks for the recommendation... see myself getting all of them. That was my second album of theirs.. had found The Hard Quest in a 2nd hand shop while waiting for Heresie to arrive in the mail next up here...another one that came in today...a spurge of sorts.. had the album butan older issue without the bonus tracks... and I love the album so I went for a bonus track upgrade.

Thanks for the trivia...It is really a beautiful song. Woodstock isn't that bad either- really love the interaction with the guitars throughout that song and the album. Probably the A side for obvious reasons...

Love Woodstock myself, I bought the single when I was a kid another I wore out but that oftened happened with singles when you were really young. I used to play them sometimes 10 times in a row if not more. ( drove my parents nuts )
