Squatney is where the fledgling Spinal Tap,then called the Thamesmen, whose line-up also included John 'Stumpy' Pepys, who died in an unexplained bizarre gardening accident, were formed.

David St Hubbins and Nigel Tufnel grew up in Squatney.

I live near Windsor. Suburbiton is not far away though

Reminds me of The League Of Gentlemen's fictional band, Creme Brulee:

2 - Garlic chili chicken bahar   or tandoori chicken? Tongue

3 - A Friday evening      hopefully no problem Ermm

Hmmmm?

Smile   er...happy yester-birthday Chris!  Big smile

Yes, happy belated birthday Chris.
Funnily enough I've just been speaking to Sigod and he mentioned a prog curry, so I'm suggesting a Friday evening in the latter part of March (i.e. after pay day, us RBS people are hard up these days) so that's 20th or 27th.
How do they grab you peeps?

Sounds good to me - either date should be OK.

Opens diary...Yep! Sounds good to me. Licks pencil (Pencils taste bl**dy awful) Shan't do that again.Enters date into diary.

Asks for a fresh pot of tea (to wash the taste of pencil away) and some scones from the manservant, Scrotum, the wrinkled retainer.

OK, everybody pencil in 3rd April then. Anyone who says they can't make that date will have their bits nailed to a table.

(goes off to check diary quickly).
