You resisted long enough then?

How far have you got?

I wasn't sure how much you'd appreciate the minimalism and the apparent lack of composition.  Oh sampling too.

I wasn't sure either.

But the way they do it is superior, I don't what else to say.

I'm halfway through Trondheim I.

Isn't it just. Big smile

It's not all minimalism anyhow.  Frith opens up on his guitar a few times.

And I love the Eastern vibe.  Disc two is even more eargasmic.

Your musical compatibility with NatSci is Super

Music you have in common includes Henry Cow, Soft Machine, Six Cylindres En V, Bondage Fruit and Robert Wyatt.

Nice for it pick the two artists that are obscure!

Did you read the description of this disc, the way they describe the shows where they did this?

Imagine being at something like this?  Insane.

Soft Machine, not Magma?  Hmm, that's odd.  I only have a handful of SM plays.

Sorry, I meant that it's odd that they picked Soft Machine as I have hardly played them.
Maybe they choose a handful of bands randomly, we have so much overlap.
"Super" doesn't cut it, they need an "Ultimate" or something.  LOL

Yeah I've listened to all the albums Ansen gave my like a billion times over.

And can you remind me who Dylan is again...I don't really remember names too well Embarrassed

I'm thinking listening to Comus at 2 am is a bad idea, its freaking me out.

Dylan was Chameleon and is now Leningrad.

And yes, I don't think Comus is good late night listening.  LOL

Ah ok. I was the one that gave him an Aquarium album since Ansen wasn't around. Big smile

and this Comus is growing on me. I no longer of images of people trying to get at me from my open closet door. I just checked to make sure it wasn't true just now tho LOL

It's somewhat of a pre-cursor of the type of music Tim Hodgkinson went onto to make; I think.

And yes, it is trippy.  I love the tape looping.  I can pick out some Dagmar in there.  Maybe you can pick out some of the others?  An old blues number, possibly Ella Fitzgerald.

Not as good, but still very enjoyable.

I tried something from Don Caballero, though, and didn't really like it that much.

Hella is some sort of awesome, though.  Big smile
