It's a tough one.

In my opinion, their easiest to listen to is In Praise of Learning.

However, you may not like Dagmar Krause's vocal style.  It's in my opinion their weakest release but it's not terrible either.

My favourite is Western Culture but I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner.

I'd say start at the beginning and get a copy of Leg End.  it's always best to hear how a band first started off and how their music developed, in my opinion.
