I have one question. What does this have to do with progrock.? There are plenty of other websites where this can be discussed. I don`t think it`s appropriate to discuss something as controversial as this issue here. And just out of interest here in Montréal there have been zillions of these petitions circulating and I personally refefuse to attach my name to any petition for or against. It`s between the Israelis and the Hamas.

Well, as long as Orphaned Land is regarded as a prog rock band; so should this conflict be discussed here.

Btw. I am very much for the continued inclusion of Orphaned Land in PA.

What both annoys and scares me about the Middle East conflict is that the tone and dialogue between the parties are so hateful and anti-human. The propaganda both sides peddles is very similar to the ***** we got from the Nazis before and during the WWII. Both sides are as equal bad here.

I regard jews as human beings. This is why I am branded "Sionist". I regard palestinians as human beings and this is why I am being branded "nazist". This is why I am both fed up with the morons running this propaganda war and stirring up trouble. Most of them are Christians. The pro-Israeli Christians want the doomsday to arrive pretty quickly and use a war between all arabs and the jews as their tool to get their doomsday. In other words; that's why they support Israel. The other Christians who supports the palestinians sees the jews as violent militants and warmongers. Some of them also regards jews as christ-murderers like this Mel Gibson loony.

Let's get sane.

I said I was going to stay out of this but do you actually think the Israelis are out to deliberately kill women and children? They are targeting these structures, schools, mosques etc because that`s where the tunnel entrances and weapons caches are located. I`m sure some of these pilots flying these missions have or are going to have dreams about this. I know a of a few guys who flew in Vietnam who have recurring dreams every single night since that crazy war ended back `73. And I think talking about a sporting event is a wee bit different than talking about a controversial conflict. Bad analogy there Mr. Epignosis.
