NICE! LOL

But The Great Leap is the hardest one to love so far. A lot more uneven than Chupacabras and Doomsday Afternoon. And you're right about that album; some moments are so close to emotional perfection that you almost start to cry Big smile

Phideaux really pulled it all together for Doomsday Afternoon. Have you reviewed it yet? I gave it a somewhat glowing review

I'm a little concerned as to the workings of "Number 7", but he made an update on his MySpace that siad it's still in the works.... so I wait patiently. Although I think that I expect Infernal to be the best album of the decade

Nope. I've not reviewed it yet. And it'll have to wait. I have quite a few albums in line for reviewification, and I still need to give DA more time. It's so damn even that it's hard to give it a proper rating. Better than Chupacabras, but I'm still not sure it's worthy of 5 stars.

Oh, and:

I just reread my own review and I must say that I'm incredibly proud of it! One of my best!

Man... I need to review something again. - I guess I did one a couple of days ago, but mine have been scarce. I have a whole pile of albums next to me that need reviewing.

AND OH!

It deserves 5 and you know it

In the cases I'm unsure I usually feel that the whole reviewing-while-listening process makes that very clear.

However,

Peter Gabriel 4
Biglietto per L'inferno
Alphataurus
Caution Radiation Area
Drama
Free Hand

are all waiting for a sudden glimpse in the spotlight. And with my discipline right now, there's no telling when that final revelation will come.

I have only heard it 3 times and this really the first chance for me to hear it loud. Cool

Nice I like the female vocalist  and the guitar  Also how it seems accoustic but then changes but  I like the doctrine of eternal ice a lot Smile

Good to hear.

A Wasteland of Memories's first thirty seconds, with the triumphant horns and the conclusion of that first section = chills Embarrassed

Such a powerful, yet short song. Love it.
