Dance music, eh?
Then I don't particularly want to give them a shot. Maybe I have already and didn't like it.
Hey, I thought exactly the same thing when I first heard it was 'Dance music', I didn't want to hear it at all. But I then I actually gave them a try, and it was really really great, just completely far above what other Dance Music I had heard prior to hearing Daft Punk for the first time. This is coming from someone that usually listens to metal/prog metal and heavier stuff too, if that means something too.
They've not made up their minds yet, but I've been there as a sub all week. I know the students, I know their personal problems (sad situations, really), and I'm committed to being there. One woman walked out today, another woman (who had 20 years teaching exp.) didn't take attendance and couldn't spell.
If I don't get this job, I'll be pissed. I've put a lot into straightening up an English class that hasn't had a real teacher in weeks and is in shambles.

I also found out that the price is right.

Hope you get it. Suckup to the secretaries. They usually have the real power in schools, as I'm sure you already know.
