^^^How do you think Prog Folk feels?
Oh I know how they feel. I had obtained a couple PF albums that I really, really enjoyed, and was interesting in learning more - only to go to their page and be faced with the JT fan club.

Not only did that Jethro Tull album beat out Metallica for the Grammy award as best metal album it is also in the list of top folk albums of all time. What is wrong with that? (I don't remember which album it was and I was too lazy to check and see if it is in the list of top folk albums but...)

If not for Linus I would have never found Horslips' The Tain - an album which I love to bits. Should we move JT to symph because of Thick and Passion Play?

Like I said, the problem lies in the fact that an entire artists discog has to be in one sub. But the thought of doing album level is, well, frightening in its scope.

HP, bottom line is I wouldn't get my hopes up too much because this very issue was raised over in late 2007 (a thread in the CZ I read today), and the idea went nowhere. I doubt there will be any more traction for it this time around.

Oh, I wasn't. I just like drama. ;-)
Heh, well I guess we could use of some that every now and again...
