Subterranea is still my favorite, but I think (overall) The Seventh House is better than Dark Matter, making #2 on my IQ list. "Harvest Of Souls" makes it a tight race, though.

I've been slowly working my way through Saga's discography over the last couple of weeks.  About a CD per day or 2.  I finished House of Cards on my drive in to work this morning, so now I am on to Marathon.  Nothing all that exciting about them musically, but they are my kind of band fitting nicely into the progressive pop/aor category.

Doomsday Afternoon - Phideaux

Great stuff. Still not 100% keen on the lyrics (even if they are rather Brave New Worldish).

It's too bad Saga never got into the epics. May have been cool to see what they could do with a good 15 minute tune. Amazing musicianship, though.

This one just holds a particularly special place with me. I remember seeing "On The Loose" on MTV for the first time and just being blown away. Going to be strange to seem them sans Sadler. To me, he IS Saga.
