Well, Peart does have one hell of a large drumkit to use for some defense while he throws what I imagine would be explosive drumsticks...  So yeah, he'd probably win.

Neil could easily bench press the other two, one in each hand.
However! Alex can survive a severe tazering, so he might be able to put up a good fight.
Neil would still win, with four drumsticks in hand, an eye of each of the other two on every drumstick |

I don't know, Neil's got a ton of weapons to work with, he'd probably murder. But Geddy's such a badass, that I'm sure he'd stand a fight. Neil is a bit short on weapons and badassery when compared to the other two, I'm eliminating him. Plus Geddy's got a microphone, a bass, and several synths, though I don't think a moog would be as effective as a cymbal.
I gotta give it to Peart.
