I'm sure you mean Hello Goodbye or Happy Sad Wink

Seriously, I liked Grace as much as the next guy (wait, can I say that), but I don't see what the fuss is all about with Jeff. His dad accomplished way more in an even shorter life, was a better songwriter, and had better vocals, yet people only remember Jeff. It's beyond me.

I've never heard anything by the father.  Just really enjoyed Grace is all.

It was good stuff indeed, funkay.
But man, it wasn't any heavier than Rage Against The Machine, it just didn't seem to get to metal really, so I may be making my decision to give them to you guys at HP instead.

this is what I'm saying, really good prog band but metal?  .. uhh, yeah, don't think so

Well neither do I but I have installed Redhat Linux once... that was a bleeding nightmare and x-windows didn't even work!

But it's easier now, apparently.  Even I can apparently cope with it.

Whar's BeOS like, by the way?

He's a grower.

But then again, I love Anthony Hegarty and a lot of people think he's sh*te.

Never used it.  Running Ubuntu on most machines, some work boxes have Fedora.

Well, the myspace page stuff seemed to be on a consistent level of heaviness, a heaviness of which is not heavy metal, so I think Heavy Prog should be a good, safe call.
Let's hope these guys don't release Meshuggah 8 string guitar crush your skull stuff for the next album, then we'll have troubleLOL

Isn't that a hat?
Or is he a rubbish misspelt tennis player from Switzerland?

LOL

I've only ever used Unix and that was a Sun Microsystems network at University... those were the days when you had to type mount to use a CD. LOL  They didn't have a button on! Angry

From Anthony And The Johnsons.

Hope There's Someone:
Pretty much his signature song.

Covering Cohen's If It Be Your Will (wasn't this in the I'm Your Man DVD?)

Awesome stuff (well, I think). His I Am A Bird Now album is probably one of my top 10 album of the '00s so far.

Felt the same really.
Tim Buckley was far from bad, but it didn't really hit me like Jeff Buckley did.

I think he's another one of those you either love or despise performers. I know my b/f hates him even more than he hates Tom Waits Tongue
