What happened to the Denmark comment?

And no you won't, Hazza.

And why do you have the name of a  Romanian town in your signature?

And...

And...

Meh, never mind.

By the way, Stone Henge really isn't that exciting.

Australia is not bad, unless you expect to see kangaroos and sh*t, which you'll be sorely disappointed if you think you'll see them, cos the only time I've seen one in the last 6 years is in the zoo, and before that, several hundred kilometers away from the city.
Of course, you can always break into the zoo enclosures and see the animals up close, if you want the real experience.

Hell no.  If I go to Australia, I expect to see kangaroos, to drink Fosters, to keep the dingos away from the babies, and debate about what is and what is not a knife.

Hello.  I'm an American.

It's like us and the Mountie, I guess.

We also keep ours in the zoo. Wink

You keep Mounties in the zoo?  This I gotta see.

They are indeed both from Québec. I chatted with Proglucky quite a bit some time ago.

At the Detroit Zoo, they added a kangaroo exhibit a couple of years ago, where you can actually walk on a path with a zoo guide through the kangaroo "outback".  They walk/bounce/lay and do nothing all around you.

Can someone explain to me the SR. ATE thread? Or the Mandrakeroot one (is that how it spelled?) I'm trying to figure out what the threads are all for...

As for your obscure music tastes, James, don't worry, I can handle it. So far I've heard songs from bands I only knew by name, but I'm enjoying then.

But Zimbru Chisinau is a football team in Romania.

Which bands, June?

I can always recommend more,

By the way, my top played artists are not completely respresentative of my current tastes.

Tool and Pain of Salvation for example... I really do not listen to them now.

SR is the young folk chat room.  But everyone from there crashes this one.

Just for my own clarification, by Mountie do we mean Mountain Lion, or Dudley Do Right?

The latter.  I would assume if Bern had come into contact without the former, he wouldn't be telling us about his not seeing one.

SR Ate actually stands for Suede Room Eight. It's the offspring of the Velvet Room which started this whole free discussion thread thing. It's usually seen as the place where the youngsters spam nonsense. It can be fun.

The Mandrakeroot one is hard to understand. You'd need to understand Mandrakeroot to grasp the concept and he's a pretty original fella.

RIP in bossa nova heaven.

Haven't you been watching the news and democracy at its finest?  i.e. Illinois governor selling Obama's Senate seat, and Caroline Kennedy buying Hillary Clinton's senate seat in New York.
