Surprised for your part of England, the authorities haven't shut down all non-digital services by now, and your left with the choice: nothing or digital (thereby BBC 4)? Check the prices at Richer Sound for box-top box for digital, could be cheaper than you think Edited by Dick Heath - December 11 2008 at 07:45 |

they're closing down the non-digital services in Summer 2011 around here, so I guess I've got 2 1/2 years to make up my mind whether to go digital or just do without a telly...
I have to say Dick, its a closer call than you might imagine...

Ah, there was already a thread about the program: this must be the oldest one. Like I said in the other thread: it have to take a whole package of channels to get BBC4, which costs me about 6 euros a month and I can't just take it for one month.
Still, it looks really interesting. Glad there are still programs on national TV on prog. Last year I enjoyed the (English ?) program called Seven Ages Of Rock. I enjoyed the episode about progrock and artrock (Pink Floyd, Syd Barrett, David Bowie, Lou Reed, Genesis) very much.
And once again: welcome back, Snow!

Thank you everyone for the welcome backsies.
BIG HUG! ! In Radio Times, both these programmes are described as "New Series", so maybe its not a one off....unless of course the series explores different genres.
