I'm so disappointed about this album!! And I love Sola Scriptura so much! The difference is huge!! I really like "Lifeline", "Leviathan" and "So Many Roads" but all the other songs are just a repeat of past songs. I nearly hear other songs from Neal Morse when I listen to Lifeline and it's really disturbing...

For me, it's the first disappointment...

Haven't heard the album, but according to my calculations Lifeline + Leviathan + So Many Roads = about 50minutes. That out of a 69min album is quite a bit of quality music. Why so disappointed?

Well, you're right, it's still 50 mminutes of music but it's because I'm really a fan! "So Many Roads" is not its best epic at all and it sounds to me that it  has been done juste to have an epic. The other songs of the album, apart from "Lifeline" and "Leviathan" sounds like fillers. It sounds, for the first time to me, really uninspired Confused

It's still good, but "Lifeline" might be my least favorite epic of his since the second album of Transatlantic. It's good and all, but incredibly derivative. I also don't enjoy Leviathan much, it should be a bonus track.

The ballads are very good, and the epic is excellent.

His weakest since testimony, but it still exceeded my expectations.

I have been staunchly behind him but probably won't be getting this one.  Can't imagine it is anywhere near as good as ? so why bother.
Biggles was in rehab last Saturday
