^^ And of course a freak occurance like that will absolutely shut that city down, as they have no infrastructure whatsoever to deal with it.
foiled by newpage - referencing Dean's pic of snow in south Texas.

Common misconception, Dean - that's actually a satellite image showing the aftermath of the incident in 1974 when the Eagles' tour bus collided with Black Sabbath's.

I thought you'd had a Bertie related incident - has us all worried, like...
You fell out the front door?
Hint - take more water with it
Glad all's well though.

I saw red pandas in Sikkim a couple of years ago. Very cute, even if they do cling on to an out of date political ideology.

I've fallen IN the front door a few times but never out. Unless you mean the front door of a pub. Glad to hear you're okay though Rach.

^^ I've managed to fall over my own feet a few times... balance, poise and co-ordination were never my strong suits...

Balance, Poise and Coordination? Isn't that the proposed 2021 Guns and Roses album title?

We went up to London on Saturday to see the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. It's okay but I don't advise going unless you're feeling rich - most of the rides are £3-4, children count as adults at 13 and even the bratwurst were £4 each. There some nice gift stalls but they were phenomenally expensive. Then my youngest decided he wanted to go to Hamleys on the way back. I also don't advise this on a Saturday before Christmas unless you really like crowds.
