Probably. But I wouldn't have thought of that until you said it.

Because: The n00b lives inside you; yes you can feel him move. Sometimes he's lighting sleeping in the quiet of the Suede Room; but then his eyes will rise and stare through mine, he'll speak yours words and slice your mind inside. Yes, the n00b lives.

I have many bootlegs of VdGG, Patrick. The better quality recordings are great. Get Maida Vale. It may sound weird me saying this but the version of La Rossa on there is better than the Still Life version... which is hard to fathom.

I'm sorry, but HOW ON EARTH do people not like that track. The vocals are a sullen, moody and in a way didactic, as well as using genuine breakthrough in language. That 'FISHES CAN'T FLY!' part isn't simply an error, it's a use of a form obsolete in prose to create an appropriate metrical effect. The hammond is amazing, rocking and choppy. The piano is simply the most subtle and potent use of a piano as a lesser component of a progressive rock song. The acoustic melody is an incredibly neat fit. The moog and sax solos are hellishly effective and atmospheric. The composition is sharp, distinctive and constantly mobile.
It's pure brilliance.

If it's any consolation, I always liked the track myself. Love the sax playing on it.
