Well, I do listen to an album several times just before (and while) I'm writing, and then I sit on the review to make sure it says exactly what I want.

I used to run 15 miles 4 times a week. I didn't do it in the last 4 months or so though.

Me must seriously get fit again one day. A whole year and a half of no real exercise doesn't do well for fitness

I just load up my mp3 player with a band I want to hear, and I usually don't even notice.
This is coming from a kid who has pretty bad asthma and took 15 minutes to do a mile in high school.
