Welcome Logan - no treatises necessary in here Wink

Saw you mentioned Volapuk in a recent post - inspired me to play Polyglot today Big smile

I've been only listening to Rush in my car for the past couple of weeks.  It is quite a drawn out process, since my commute is only about 15 minutes, it takes me 2 days to listen to each album.  Otherwise, I have rarely listened to classic prog too lately.

Hey, Logan! I didn't expect to see you around these parts.

I'm going to become an Accountant.

I feel a song coming on (though due to forum guidelines I can't quote in full).

"It's fun to charter an accountant
And sail the wide accountancy,
To find, explore the funds offshore
And skirt the shoals of bankruptcy..."

Hi Greg,  Welcome to the Shred Room.  I'm surprised it took you 108 pages to find us, since I created this thread because of our conversation.  LOL

As much as my tastes have changed and expanded over the past 4 years, I can still use some classic prog. Big smile

I do admit I don't listen to it as much as I once did though, but you've had an extra two decades over me, so that may be why I still listen to them more often. Wink

Plus those "classic" bands were all I knew, I had nowhere near the knowledge of prog that you and the other younger members have.  So for many years that's all I listened to.

Yep - how are you?

I'm wonderful. No school for the rest of the week. Big smile

How about you?

Two more days of work, but I'll leave early Wednesday because I have a 5 hour drive to my parents house.

Awesome. For Thanksgiving we're just having my grandparents over here; I don't think I'm doing anything else... which is good, really. Completely unrelated with Thanksgiving though, I may be getting together with the remainder of my band (I hope) because one of them will finally be up here as opposed to a few hours away.

That's cool.  We're staying until Saturday, then hopefully just chill on Sunday (also my wife's birthday).

That sounds like fun!

Overall, I'm pretty excited for my break. The only problem was that boredom did set on me a little bit this past weekend, but that was partially a result of a somewhat subpar mood I'm thinking... I'm much more content and energetic today. I'm actually feeling inspired as opposed to unproductive.
