It's not the greatest album of all-time  of course, but it's not THAT bad either....there are still a few good ones if we take our time listening to itSmileWink

I know.  It's not THAT bad.  It's not...Open Your Eyes.

Actually, there are some good songs on it, Shock to the System, The Meeting, Lift Me Up, and Take the Water to the Mountain.  The problem I have with this album is it seems like an uncomfortable merging of ABWH, Yes West and Jon Anderson solo.  It just seems very disjointed to me, with no real direction.  Not that the individual songs are bad, but the overall feel of the album suffers from putting too many different "bands" on one album.

Listening now to the Genesis 70-75 bonus disk.  Big smile
I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

I think, Chester you have the perfect analysis of this disc...good songs, but too many ''bands'' on it and no unityClapWink

That's a nice album.  Been quite awhile since I've given it a spin.  Need to do that soon.  When it first came out, it spent months in my rotation and I must have listened to that one some 30 times or so.

Gonna pull that out for my next listen.  Smile
