Attention all Bruces, nude organists, upper class twits, silly vicars, giant hedgehogs, killer sheep, silly party members, dead parrots, lumberjacks, men in the street, bogus psychiatrists, camel spotters, Proust summarizers, members of the ministry of silly walks, cheese shop proprietors, less naughty chemists, exploding penguins, men who speak in anagrams, and pantomime horses:

Recently I've been watching this fine television program more often than I probably should. Everytime I think I can nail down a favorite season or sketch or whatever something else comes up and I change my mind. So I ask the question here....being If memory serves me correct there is a fan or two around these parts.

I'll leave off my vote for the time being but I'm leaning towards season two at the moment. Big%20smile
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

I guess I most like the range of like episodes 8-20. But of course the earlier episodes contain some of the best sketches ever!

SEMPRINI

SANDRA RICHARDS: Semprini?
MICHAEL PALIN (shouts): Out!

MR. WIGGIN: That's just the sort of blinkered, Philistine pig ignorance I've come to expect from you non-creative garbage. (raises voice) You sit there on your loathsome, spotty behinds squeezing blackheads, not caring a tinker's cuss about the struggling artist! (shouts) You excrement! You lousy, hypocritical, whining toadies with your lousy color TV sets and your Tony Jacklin golf clubs and your bleeding masonic handshakes! You wouldn't let me join, would you, you blackballing b*****ds? Well, I wouldn't become a freemason now if you got down on your lousy, stinking, purulent knees and begged me!

I think the entire season 2 is very funny, but my favorite episode of all time is "you're no funny anymore" for the performance of the blancmange

Season 2 has my favorite skit...The Tobacconist.  Also has Spam, The Spanish Inquisition, and Ministry of Silly Walks.  I'm pretty sure it has some of my other favorite skits, but without actually watching the episodes again, I can't remember them.  Actually watching those again sounds pretty good.  Thumbs Up
I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?
