I added a couple of Hatfield and the North songs to the end of the National Health to make an 80 minute CD. I'm currently listening to Let's Eat (Real Soon). Good music, strange lyrics.

I think that you need more Rush first.

I do? I guess I don't have their debut EP yet... Not Fade Away/Can't Fight it and I guess I don't have the Chronicles CD yet... and whatever else they've recorded but not released... And I call myself a fanboy

There was a website that had all kinds of Rush obscurities like Not Fade Away/Can't Fight It on it. I downloaded them on my old desktop. It was a time when people just put links to songs on their websites without really thinking that it was illegal. I downloaded some cool stuff on there. Unfortunately, I lost all of that stuff when that computer crashed, and I didn't have backups.
I was hoping for that answer though, because that could only mean for you to get new Rush, you would need new Rush, and therefore, I could get new Rush too.

Do you have the Rheostatics Whale Music Album, with its little 1:49 long drum solo entitled Guns? If you listen close enough you might notice that the drummer sounds a little like Neil Peart. OK, you don't have to listen that closely because in fact the drummer is Neil Peart.

I understand... I think the world needs more new Rush. Did they ever release any b-sides that were unique to singles? As I know they did not, but I could be wrong. I really want to hear Not Fade Away/Can't Fight It, but I probably never will

Oh and by the way, you didn't deny the gigolo job reference above. Does your girlfriend approve of this type work?

That's probably one of the few offshoots that I haven't heard. I have Victor, My Favorite Headache and Max Webster's Universal Juveniles, but I know they've been on other albums too. Oh, and FOABP, but I don't have Fly Paper yet.

How about "Take Off, eh"? That's the Canadian National Anthem, isn't it?

As performed by Geddy Lee? I don't know that it was recorded... or are you talking about the Bob and Doug MacKenzie thing? I don't have that either.

I'm talking about the Bob and Doug MacKenzie thing. I used to have a copy of that too, but not anymore. I know that Geddy Lee sang the Canadian National Anthem the year that the All-Star game was played in Baltimore. I don't know that it was recorded. I have heard, but not actually heard, that Geddy sings the Canadian National Anthem on the South Park soundtrack. But maybe it is just in the movie where the U.S. or is it just the kids invades Canada. South Park isn't my cup of tea, so I haven't seen it.
