Neither had I until I put out that request to name good brass rock tracks - this group and would you believe Tower Of Power were the ones unknown to me but most strongly recommended.

Liked the Dave Edmunds, not impressed by the Mercury Rev (not a fan) and absolutely
interested in the current tune... Thumbs Up (a few Opeth tunes in here)

Do you do ironing as well? As I said Panzerballett is one of my fav jazz rock fusion albums this year . I think they deliberately play familar standards as heavy as possible, but then take heavy tunes by other bands and soften them (Jazz Metal Lounge!!!)

is this the same Georgie Fame who worked with Van Morrison et al???
i don't think i've ever heard his solo work. very nice job.
