Cool, that should be a good show.

I am also very tired right now.

It was pretty cool.  I wasn't that familiar with Discipline when I saw them in March, so even though I enjoyed it, I was kind of clueless on what to expect.  I am far more familiar with them now, and that definitely added to my enjoying their performance.

It will be hopefully, although we have to endure some Doom Metal as well... I'll be fine but poor Melissa's sensitive Magma ears may bleed afterwards!

On which note, I have to go and empty the washing machine.  (How quickly the excitement fades into drudgery now that Monday is upon us!!)

Well of course, it's a gig.  Gigs can be just as fun when spent with the right people.  Especially if the music is great as well.

Friendships are just as important anyhow.

When it coalesces into a single organism and starts migrating out of the laundry basket in search of innocent socks to devour, then you must start worrying... Ermm Dead

Mine is well subdued now and is on the rack (probably confessing to something or other LOL). Tongue

How was your 'Discipline' concert, Scott?

Smile

I went off to see Marillion last night, with Sleeper...Wink

The Discipline show was very good.  I enjoyed them in March when I saw them, but I wasn't really familiar with them.  I enjoyed the show much more this time, now that I am more familiar with them.  They played "Rogue" which is a new 25 minute epic.  H.T. said that they played it at Near Fest too.  They also unveiled a brand new song called Dead City.  It was really good too.

How was the Marillion show?  I have a couple of their live videos with H, but that will probably be as close as I get to seeing them live.

Yeah, they put on a good show, although a lot of new material, and three longies from Anoraknophobia (which I've never heard..Embarrassed)...but Afraid Of Sunlight, Neverland and Goodbye To All That really got the crowd going...Smile.  I have to say that the sound quality at that venue isn't really great, and we were in like sardines, which I'm not used to at a prog gig these days...LOL

I told HT that you told me that I had to "work him over" until he came back to PA.  I think that he will eventually come back but he is still upset over the censoring that was done on a certain unmentionable artist of the month.

Did it make you want to go out and get Anoraknophobia?  It sounds like it was a good show.  I would have loved to have been there.
